The pot has a round body with two long spouts that come up in a V shape before connecting in a handle shape at the top. The pot is made from black clay with an abstract design carved into the body
Teresita Naranjo lived from 1919 to 1999. She was the daughter of Christina Naranjo. Teresita holds a place of significance in Santa Clara pottery as she was the first to carve relief designs in her pottery. Her carved designs are always deep and with crisp edges.
