Description
The pot is small and round with a small opening at the top. The clay is a pale brown and is glazed a reddish orange color. The design is carved in the upper half of the pot and depicts two serpentine figures wrapping around the pot.
Mary Gutierrez lived from 1941 to 2018. She was a member of the Talachy family of potters, and her designs consisted of paintings and graffito designs of flora and fauna.
