North Country

The composition is a lake scene and in the foreground are submerged bare trees and plants. A number of trees have black birds perched at the top of their trunks. In the right middle ground a small building can be seen near the shoreline. On the distant shoreline more groupings of trees can be seen under a sky partly cloudy sky with sunlight rising from the horizon.
