Description
The composition contains a hillside with a winding road leading up to the top with buildings along the way. The foreground is filled with dark vegetation; it is at middle ground that a white road first appears leading the viewer deeper into the composition to the first white building. Pine trees behind the building direct the view towards the background where more white buildings can be seen. A soft peach sky can be seen at the very top of the composition.
