The Open Door
A. P. Weigel published a regular advice column, The Open Door, in the Pioneer Press for a number of years in the 1960s. He answered reader questions about real estate, touching on topics like mortagages, taxes, loans, how to work with a realtor, and, occasionally, race and real estate.
Weigel's family kept a compilation of The Open Door and other highlights from his career in a scrapbook. While not a complete collection, the collection includes entries from 1964 through 1966.
