Description
The lower half of this horizontal composition is a brick retaining walling running from the lower right hand corner to approximately the middle of the left side of the composition. The wall partially obscures the small out buildings and houses, some with windows lit. These houses sit within a grove of leafless trees whose branches reach to the top of the composition. Only the upper left corner remains barren. The composition is in black and white without color.
