Along the Seine at Night
Dublin Core
Title
Along the Seine at Night
Description
This is a predominated dark composition with a dark sky filling the upper half. The bottom foreground includes stick-like figures on a sidewalk, lined with light posts and barren trees. A low barrier separates the figures from the river. A bridge moves the viewer from the foreground into the background of the composition where one can see more sidewalks and the outlines to some buildings.
